under the stars.

An orographically-formed cloud contained on the upper slopes of Mt Shasta, outer parts evaporating to
reveal it blanketing smoothly the peaks and peaet of the northern California mountain. The ancient
volcano is dormant and comprises two thirds of the frame: the blue sky above.

summit, and mid-level altostratus clouds catch the colorful sunset light. The mountain (lower left)

evergreen Conifers.
